Sorry, we have no idea whether it's been translated before.

Hi!
My name is PierPaolo< I'm living in Brazil. My question is about the book The Smoky God, wich it is said that is free to use it.
I've been noted that here in Brazil this book was never translated before. But i am interested in publish just an excerpt.
This book is about a manuscript made by Sir Olaf Jansen.
My question is if this book never had been translated here, My translation will the first in Brazil but it is just one part of the book. I must explain on my publication that was translated from a book that is free on the united States or I need to ask for copyrights by yours?
If you write me a license showing or proving that is a free book for translations I think that I could do this.
Sorry but I never do this before !
I think that Brazil must know about that manuscript
Thank you !
Pierpaolo Roncoroni Romero
